Kenzie Roth was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, with a lifelong
connection to real estate and homebuilding. He officially began his career as a
real estate broker in 2016 and has since cultivated a reputation for his
expertise in new construction, his thoughtful approach, and his commitment to
helping clients navigate the home-buying process with confidence.

As part of his family’s company, JT Roth Construction, Kenzie has been deeply
involved in homebuilding projects throughout the Portland metro area. His
hands-on experience has given him an in-depth understanding of how homes are
designed, built, and function—insight that proves invaluable when guiding both
buyers and builders through a transaction. Whether helping clients envision the
potential of a home or ensuring every detail aligns with their needs, his
